Applications:
Dispersing, refining, homogenizing, cooling and deaerating pastes
of all kinds, for example, for the manufacture of paints and printing
inks, artist's colors, coloring crayons, eye makeup, lip stick and
skin care products, fine soaps, pigmented coating compounds, plastic
pastes, marzipan, chocolate fillings, couvertures, shellac glazes,
processed cheeses, etc.

Roller adjustment
Dynamic hydraulic system with motorized pump. Operating controls
and indicators conveniently grouped on a front panel, on the infeed
side Preset working pressures: Gap adjusted by pressure applied
by the feeding and middle rollers to the discharge roller in fixed
position, according to the floating middle roller principle, with
only two fine regulating valves or four regulators for individual
adjustment of different pressures in the gap of the rollers. Pressure
indication by pressure gauges. After working pressures have been
preset, roller functions initiated by a single quick acting lever.

vee belts; the hydraulic unit set is individually driven.

Hydraulic overload protection to prevent roller damage
Emergency cutout switch on the discharge side of the machine and
a safety yoke above the feed hopper
Finger guard as protective cover over the gap, when cleaning
Splash guards
Attachments:
Float operated switch controlling the level of feedstock in the
hopper and for preventing dry running
Top mounting mixing vessel tilter with automatic interlock
Mechanical wide-gap roller adjustment for homogenizing at high throughput
rates and for handling PVC pastes and similar heat sensitive feedstock.
